Attorney Joe Harrison Wade II is a native of the Commonwealth of Kentucky who has called Florida home since 2003. Jody is an alumnus of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Economics and earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. Jody is licensed to practice in all Florida and Kentucky state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Jody is a four year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served with the 2nd Battalion, 6th Marines, based out of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, where he deployed to Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Jody was twice meritoriously promoted and was awarded several commendations and awards, including the Navy Achievement Medal. Jody brings the qualities that made him an exemplary Marine to the defense of the firm's clients who find themselves charged with a DUI, drug-related charges or other criminal offense, and is committed to fighting for and defending the rights of those he represents. Jody is dedicated to protecting the Constitutional rights of our firm's clients. He fully understands the nuances of all of the Constitutional issues surrounding criminal offenses and the importance of questioning the police effectively and thoroughly.
